~ Each item is hand made by The Wild Clothing Company, we get our designs printed by another amazing small business. So sometimes we are at the mercy of the shipping company delivering.

~ A lot of our items are already done, these are our Ready to Ship (RTS) items. RTS items ship by next business day typically.

~ Custom designs can take up to 2 weeks to ship from the close date listed on the custom item selected. These are items not yet pressed because they are customized for you, so they do take longer.
~ There are times when custom order can ship way sooner, depending on the volume coming in at any given time.

~Please note all customized item sales are final; as they are customized to your specific preferences.  

~Ready to ship items sold may be exchanged for store credit if they are NOT purchased on sale.
~Sale and Clearance Items CANNOT be exchanged. Those items the sale is final.

Most screen/dtf prints are not dryer friendly.  

Wash inside out and tumble dried on LOW.  

No bleach or softener.

Orders for new items are placed at 11:59pm cst on the date listed on the customized listing.  So for example, if the close date shows 5/1/26 and your order on 4/22/26. We will place our orders for blank shirts and prints on 5/2/26.
We normally get both the prints and the blank shirts within 7 business days, we press, then ship to you. Tracking is provide, so ensure you have The Wild Clothing Company's email address on your safe list with your email provider to get updates.

If you cancel an order for any reason prior to me making it - you will be charged a 20% restock fee. If I created the design for you, you'll be charged a $5 design fee on top of the 20% restock fee.
