~Each item is hand made by A Creative Life, custom designs can take up to 2 weeks from the listed close date on the item, for you to receive. Although it usually doesn't take that long in most cases.
~I usually have current turn around time posted on the main "Customized Design" page. I will contact you if I am not able to meet that deadline.
~Ready to ship items typically go out next business day.
~Please note all customized item sales are final; as they are customized to your specific preferences.
~Ready to ship items sold may be exchanged for store credit if they are NOT purchased on sale. Sale and Clearance Items CANNOT be exchanged. Reach out by email shanna.creativelife@gmail.com to inquire.

Most screen/dtf prints are not dryer friendly.
Wash inside out and tumble dried on LOW.
No bleach or softener.

CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS
Orders for new items are placed at 11:59pm cst on the date listed on the customized listing. So for example, if the close date shows 11/1/24 and your order on 10/20/24. We will place our orders for blank shirts and prints on 11/2/24. We normally get both the prints and the blank shirts within 7 business days, we press, then ship to you. Tracking is provide so ensure you have A Creative Life on your safe list with your email provider for updates.
If you cancel an order for any reason prior to me making it - you will be charged a 20% restock fee. If I created the design for you, you'll be charged a $5 design fee on top of the 20% restock fee.

I wasn’t too sure about this design, but up close, it’s amazing. I love it! I let the shirt designer have free rein on a color choice, and she knocked it out of the park.
This design works perfectly on a sweatshirt! From a distance it looks like a latch hook project added by appliqué, but the reality is it’s not…which adds to the effect. I love it.
